We reported earlier this week that a new La Madeleine is on the way to Elmwood. The previous location has already closed. Around Metairie has been able to confirm with a representative from Creole Cusine Concepts that Boulevard American Bistro will be taking over the former La Madeleine space. They plan on opening this fall.
Boulevard American Bistro took over the former Metairie Houston’s location in 2015. It is owned by New Orleans-based Creole Cusine Concepts. They operate a large collection of restaurants in the metro area.
